What is a community association management system?
It is the software a homeowners association, condo or community association runs on — assessments billed on schedule, violations and architectural requests tracked against each home, resident records, documents and communications in one place. Most community association management systems are sold to professional management companies; the GatherAMS HOA edition is built for self-managed volunteer boards first, with 0% added to payments.
Is GatherAMS an AMS, membership software, or HOA software?
All three — underneath is one member database with dues, events, email, a website and payments attached. The trade-association edition runs it as association management software (AMS), clubs run it as membership management software, and HOAs run it as community association management software. Every edition has every feature; your organization type only sets the vocabulary and defaults.
Can it replace our membership spreadsheet?
