Comparisons

How we compare, including where we lose.

8 products come up in the applications we read. Each one below says plainly who it suits better than we do, prices it against your own numbers, and sources every figure — because a comparison you cannot check is an advert.

The thing being compared

Every column on these pages describes this console — here running the live demo chamber, with member businesses, tiers and the public directory. Open the same account yourself before trusting any table, ours included.

How we keep these honest

  • Every figure is sourced and dated. Where a vendor publishes its own prices we use those; where they do not, the page says the number is reported rather than published.
  • We do not inflate a claim. Wild Apricot’s servicing fee is 20% of your subscription, not 20% of what your members pay you — a smaller number than it first sounds, and the true one.
  • Each page names who should buy the other product. Novi’s QuickBooks sync is better than our export for an association with a bookkeeper. We say so on the page.
  • Corrections are welcome. Products change. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will fix it.

All comparisons checked July 2026.

Also asked about as alternatives: ChamberMaster, iMIS, YourMembership. GatherAMS competes with all of them for small-staff organizations; detailed, sourced pages for each are in the works. If one of these is your current system, tell us what you are paying and we will price the comparison for you directly.
